1、 酒店台布在用餐之後要馬上清潔。可選用醋、鹽等浸泡桌布再清洗,這樣效果更佳。清洗醋、酒、糖、鹽等可融於水的汙漬,可將桌布浸泡三分鍾,取出清洗、甩幹就能洗掉糖、酒、醋、鹽於水的汙漬。

2、油脂及蛋白質汙漬可用堿性溶液去除。具體方法是取5L清水加入5ml堿溶液,待完全溶解後,放入桌布煮沸5分鍾,待桌布上的油汙和蛋漬完全消失後,取出清洗。

3、 色素類汙漬可用漂白劑除色,然後在清洗。具體方法是取5L清水加入漂白劑50g,攪拌均勻將桌布浸入5鍾,待全部色漬消除後清洗、甩幹、晾幹。這步是消除色素並殺菌消毒。
